Tuscaloosa Tornado 25

I rode my motorcycle from Atlanta, Ga to Tuscaloosa, Al to go volunteer with the efforts to rebuild the city after it had been practically destroyed by a tornado on 4/27/11. More than 350 were killed in a single day in Alabama and the surrounding states, 40+ were killed in Tuscaloosa alone. This photo was taken between May 9 and May 12, 2011.

This is how I saw Tuscaloosa through my camera lens.

Inside the destroyed Alberta Baptist Church. They still hold services outside in the evenings, but it's very hot in Alabama so they only last for 30 minutes.
